Artist:

Otakar Nejedly (1883-1957) is a Czech artist. Nejedly was a war artist during the First World War in France where he was struck hard by the scenes he painted of the landscape and graves of fallen soldiers. Upon his return home, he started painting the Czech landscape to capture its unique character and mood.
