The Artist: Guy Boyd (Australian,1923-1988)

Acclaimed Australian sculpture Guy Boyd is known for his sensuality and fluid forms in his bronze figures. Boyd came from an artistic family of painters, sculptors and writers that fostered creativity at a young age. Boyd achieved international success moving overseas to Toronto in 1976, and had exhibited in Australia, the UK, Canada and the U.S.
